I didn’t fall off the face of the earth
|
Last week I wasn’t feeling well, plus I had problems with my computer. Then today we almost had an electrical fire at our house – so please me patient with me trying to keep up with everything again. I’m feeling over whelm again.
And I have to ask – those of you with blogs – how are you able to write so consistently? How do you get through these periods when everything seems to go wrong without missing a few days of blogging?

Hi Trisha – I hope you’re feeling better
I think bloggers try to write some posts up ahead of time and hold them in reserve until a situation arises when they don’t have time to write – like being sick or another unforeseen crisis.
I’ve had a goal of writing 15 posts up to hold onto but have never gotten more than 3 ahead.
What is an almost electrical fire? What happened?

Hey – I hope you are feeling better too! I was sick four 4 days and spent 2.75/4 days resting in bed!
It is hard to blog everyday I have to say. Although I love writing and definitely have a writer’s/poet’s brain I do need some time to recoup!
How do you feel you can make everything run smoothly so that you can blog everyday?

At one time I had several written up ahead, but they didn’t last long.
An almost fire is when you smell something burning but can’t find it. Then you find it when you hear a sizzling sound and some smoke and a burned outlet – but no flames. At least that’s what it was for me. Had me freaked out for a while.

I saw your blog and had to respond because it touches so close to home but I did have a house fire recently due to electrical. And right before the house fire I was removed from work becase of a neurological problem. So I am new to this whold blog thing but am trying it because I am bored just sitting around and need to try to earn some extra money lol. But I can understand how you feel about things becoming overwhelming because I have felt the same way latly I hope things are doing better.
