The Britax Husky is a youth/booster type of child car seat for larger kids, 1-8 years old, weighing 20 to 80 pounds with a height between 19 and 53 inches. It comes in three colors: Marina, Wicket and Funky Denim. (Pictured is Marina.)
The Britax Husky is the perfect child car seat for large children! It has a five point harness, is forward facing and has LATCH.
Additional safety and convenience features include:
- 'Floating HUGS' (Harness Ultra-Guard System): helps to distribute the load of the harness to reduce irritation on a kids neck if in an accident.
- Versa-Tether: keeps the seat from tilting too far back or forward in an accident.
- Cover can be removed and washed (by hand).
Keep in mind this seat is large - it has to be - so it is not easy to carry around and may not fit in all cars.
Very cushy and comfortable though. Is not approved for use on airplanes.
