The Columbia Medical Orthopedic Positioning Seat is a special needs child car seat for kids with physical disabilities, especially who can not sit up without support. This includes kids with cerebral palsy, spina bifida and muscular dystrophy. This seat model has been around for 12 years, and during that time has been shown to be very useful and safe for many families.

Kids from 20 to 102 pounds can use this seat - and up to 5 feet tall. It has 4 lateral positioning pads, 2 head pads, crotch strap, 2 shoulder pads, a 5 five point harness, locking clip, tether kit and even an installation video (which even has Spanish subtitles!). Can be used on airplanes. Fabric is fire retardant.
