		<description>Sometimes I find that I try to do too much and my head seems to get in a spin. The only way to stop this is to not use my computer, not do anything, perhaps go for a walk. It really is hard for me to free my mind of these thoughts, but I&#039;ve found walking does this. After I have that time to relax, I am then able to become much more focused afterwards.

		<description>I agree with Lindsay.  I just finished reading A New Earth by Eckhart Tolle and meditation is something I&#039;ve been focusing on more. The more you do it/practice it, the better it works. The problem is, I have to find the time and make myself practice it more.</description>

		<description>Meditation has been incredibly rewarding for me.  The world just melts away and everything in your life becomes effortless.  Stress, worries, and fears are put in perspective and you&#039;re able to be more effective and productive.  Meditation is de-concentration...and just 20 minutes of meditation is worth 4 hours of sleep.  You get REWARDED for letting go!  My personal favorite course is offered by www.artofliving.org.  This course has made such a positive difference in my relationships and work life every day.  I know it will do the same for you!</description>

		<description>My favorite way to keep on track is to journal and to use stickers.  O.K. maybe a little bit childish but I just love seeing a whole bunch of stickers at the end of the month showing if I stuck to my goals:-)</description>
