Thanks for linking to my first video - I still have a lot to learn but plan to make another one. 

And that's a great link I hadn't seen before to the fallacies of these quick-fix diets. I wrote a post about that that is hilarious, a &lt;a href="http://www.thefitshack.com/2007/08/16/how-to-spot-a-bogus-diet-or-health-cure-site/" rel="nofollow"&gt;couple of sites the FTC put together to spoof those outlandish claims&lt;/a&gt;. It's just so silly, saying you can keep eating whatever you want and still lose weight - that's what that Sprinkle Diet/Sensa tells you.
