I think I met Robert once while with Renee and if I recall correctly we all drove in his car (a hot rod type, very cool at the time) out to the infamous Amityville house. I remember it being a blast. Must have been around 1977-1978. He obviously was an incredible individual, and my condolences go out to his family and friends, as well as those of Officer Smith. Mark.
